Brooke Kable

Brooke would describe herself as professional, down to earth, reliable, someone you can trust and she is always willing to go the extra mile. Brooke feels that these are some important qualities to have when it comes to building good relationships, dealing with people and their most valuable assets. Brooke understands the true meaning of client service and the importance of making things as stress free as possible for her clients and believes that it comes down to good communication, reassurance and availability. Brooke started her career as a conveyancing legal executive, seeing through the sale and purchase contracts and the financial side of buying and selling property as well as working with probate and assisting in family law administration, then moving into Property Management for five years managing portfolios of investment properties and focusing on the leasing side of real estate and now working in sales, which is where her ambition lies.

Brooke loves to spend time with her partner Bevan and their two girls Indie and Tiahna, they enjoy the outdoors, motorbike riding, camping and Brooke has a passion for horses and horse back riding. Brooke prides herself for her great organisational skills, attention to detail and friendly but professional work ethic, which makes her easy to talk to. Brooke genuinely cares about her clients and their needs and as a result is always happy to go one step further. She really takes the time to get to know her clients to better understand their needs and expectations. “I am not number one, my clients are. If my clients are not happy, then I am not happy”.
