Brad was born and bred in Mount Maunganui. He has grown up in a family that was, and still is, heavily involved in the property market which has inspired and continues to drive his interest and enthusiasm for real estate.
Brad spent 3 years at Victoria University of Wellington gaining his degree in a Bachelor of Tourism Management. In his final year of study he realised that his career interests lay in property. He is now applying the skills, knowledge and business principles he gained from his degree towards his new career and the sale of his vendors properties.
While having spent just under a year in the industry, Brad has already amassed a solid sales record for both off the plan and residential sales. Brad’s drive and enthusiasm is the key to his success and he has a heavy focus on building his reputation on results by ensuring his clients receive the best experience possible.
