Bill has joined Bayleys having spent time with Citibank, HSBC, AMP and an Australasian mortgage origination company providing mortgage and asset management services for AXA, AMP, ING and AllFinance Funding Trust.

When you view my profile, it’s clear that commercial property and finance have been the mainstays of my career for more than 25 years, but I believe that when you peel back the layers it all comes down to helping people by adding value, which is the key to our successes and has rewarded me with a rich and diverse experience across multiple sectors and vocations.

Commercial property whether for retail, office, leisure, or industrial use – have very different needs, priorities and values, and it is important to find the right alignment that meets each individual's needs.

Buying, selling and leasing commercial property requires an understanding of property and finance, but it also calls for sales skills, extensive social and business networks and an instinctive grasp of what it takes to add value to all parties.
