With over 7 years experience in Real Estate and having lived in the Blockhouse Bay area for nearly 30 years, you can choose me with confidence if you are thinking of buying or selling. I believe that listening to my clients is important to understand their needs. Communicating with them on a regular basis has helped me establish a solid client base, with most of my business coming from referrals. I don’t believe that contact should end when the papers are signed. I work with my clients until they are happily settled in their new home.

I completely understand the stress that comes with buying and selling property which is why I am completely upfront with all of the people I work with. In order to achieve the best outcome you need to be able to make informed decisions, which is why I also ensure that my clients are given all of the facts.

I’ve lived in New Zealand since 1983 and am originally from Fiji. I studied at Lynfield College and I am fluent in English, Hindi and Gugrati. Before joining the real estate profession I gained a New Zealand Certificate in Food Service from Unitec and worked as a Quality Control Technician for three years. I then went on to own a retail business for ten years with my husband. I own rental properties and I have renovated my own property.

Blockhouse Bay is a wonderful family orientated suburb that offers properties with great views, caters for your children’s education perfectly and has beaches and walks just a short drive from the Village.
