Throughout her working life Bernie has always loved working in a Customer Service role.  She gets great pleasure from assisting clients and attending to the small details that lead to a successful outcome.

Having bought and sold several houses she understands the process and can empathise with vendors and buyers over how unsettling it can be, so her aim is to make the whole process as stress less as possible.
