From 2020, and up to and in to 2022, Bernard has sold properties in Half Moon Bay, Flat Bush, Eastern Beach, Botany Downs, Bucklands Beach, Cockle Bay and Howick. In 2021 up to June 2022 he has sold ten properties that were his own listings and four held by other companies resulting in fourteen sales to date. He has two other listings currently on the market with another two in the immediate pipeline.

2021 saw unprecedented sales across New Zealand and particularly in Auckland influenced by low interest rates, low number of properties for sale and large numbers of buyers. This has now changed with the number of available listings staying steady, but the number of buyers has reduced resulting in it now being a “buyers’ market”. Bernard is continuing to actively working with both sellers and buyers.

Although the real estate market has readjusted itself to a more “normal market”, Bernard believes the principles remain the same regardless with good communication, market knowledge, empathetic approach to both the selling and buying process as been key attributes wanted by his client base.
