Ben Bayley

Ben has been involved within the property industry through family ties for a number of years. He joined the Bayleys Manukau franchise in early 2006 where his focus was on Commercial & Industrial sales and leasing in the greater South Auckland area.

In February 2009 Ben joined the Special Projects Team at the Bayleys Auckland office, where his focus was on Mortgagee sales, Forestry and Development properties, and working with a number of Bayleys’ key clients over this time.

Late in 2010 Ben returned to Bayleys Manukau office to focus on Commercial and Industrial properties in the Wiri/Manukau area as well as continuing to deal with key clients.

Ben has a keen interest in property and has proven himself in this time to be a capable, resourceful sales broker with high professional standards. An attitude to succeed ensures Ben will give 100% to all his sales and leasing clients.
