"Having moved to Auckland 22 years ago for work reasons and now transitioning into retirement, I decided to return to live in Hamilton for my retirement years. With the challenges of highly specific buyer requirements and living out- of-town, I wanted a house purchase strategy that would avoid making needless trips to Hamilton to view properties with shortcomings that were not apparent in website advertising.
