Anna has lived with her family for the last 16 years on the coast and chose her current career in Real Estate by combining the two things she is most passionate about – property and people.

Recently my wife and I decide to sell a rental property we owned and after interviewing several Real Estate Agents we chose Anna Langdon from Barfoot & Thompson Whangaparaoa.
One of the reasons we chose Anna was she had a good sales record and had recently sold nearby properties and had a realistic expectation of what our property could achieve.
After discussions we decided to go to auction and Anna held open four homes over the next month. Anna dealt with the tenants so well that we had no issues arising from the sale or the open homes.
After each open home, as agreed, Anna sent me a txt message, with a follow up meeting on the Wednesday. 
My wife and I both found Anna punctual with all appointments and honest and straight in all aspects of the sale discussions and a very pleasant and easy person to deal with. the property selling the same day as the auction in the price range we had decided on.
