Angela Sefton

Angela is a unique addition to the Bayleys team in Taranaki,  bringing a mix of creativity and project management experience. Following her ten year career in local government, improving community assets, Angela found she was ready for a new career direction - one that would still allow her to embrace her long standing passion for property and its related facets.

Angela’s career to date and also her background in art, photography and writing have sharpened her eye for seeing the potential of any property and enables her to find creative solutions for each client’s needs. Having worked closely with architects, builders, contractors and designers in her work, she is now thrilled to be helping others fulfil their real estate goals. She believes her creative flair and her track record in project management give her a unique set of transferable skills that will benefit clients.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree BES (Hons) from York University, Toronto, Canada and has completed post-graduate papers in business and construction management. She has called New Plymouth home for over ten years and savours its natural beauty and vibrancy. With her four children at local schools and with family ties to Opunake, she enjoys Taranaki’s recreational opportunities and is actively involved in the district’s art scene. She is adept at social media, having over 12,000 international followers of her art blog.

Her commitment to quality is demonstrated in her track record of successful projects and winning both art and career awards. She now has her eyes set firmly on achieving excellence for her clients.

Angela is a co-ordinator, an enabler and a big picture thinker. She believes her “win-win” mindset and her inherent values of integrity, communication and professionalism will serve her clients well and she looks forward to assisting them in realising their real estate goals.
