Alayne Keogh

Prior to joining the Eves Sales team, Alayne was a Property Manager at the Eves Cameron Road branch for seven and a half years. This was an incredibly busy job, involving a huge portfolio. During this time, Alayne was nominated for Property Manager of the Year for the South Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne district of the Real Estate Institute, and was runner up for this award.

Alayne has now moved into a selling role with Eves Realty. She has been married to Geoff for thirty-five years and has lived in Tauranga for over twenty five years.

A full time mother while her three sons were young, Alayne involved herself during those early years with the PTA of the local Kindergarten and Primary School and could also be seen helping out in the canteen and on a regular basis spent time assisting in the primary school office.

Alayne resumed working when her youngest son was six. To ensure that she was always home by the end of the school day, she took a part time job in sales and merchandising with Energizer New Zealand for twelve and a half years. This was a great job for Alayne and quite different to working as a PA for a senior partner in a legal firm, which she had done prior to starting a family.

In her job working for Energizer, Alayne got to meet lots of interesting people on a day-to-day basis and quickly developed an excellent rapport with all her many clients. Alayne won many sales incentives, prizes and awards during her time with Energizer, including overseas holidays.

Alayne is very much family orientated and has spent a great deal of time on the side lines of sports fields supporting her boys. She was also very involved in fundraising for their teams and also supported Geoff's involvement in Lion's fundraising activities.

Alayne is honest, hardworking and a person who can be trusted. She provides a professional and courteous service to all her clients and looks forward to working with you.
