It was only by chance and in a real time of need that 'God sent me an angel' the day I first spoke with Kenneth. I called him purely on an inquiry but not about any particular property and he changed my life by working his miracles.

There is no Real Estate Agent that I would recommend more highly than him. He has extremely high standards and sets the bar very high making it difficult for other Real Estate Agents to reach. He is an excellent agent and far more superior than any of the top agents I have dealt with in Auckland (or anywhere for that matter) who we engaged to sell some very large high-end properties. In fact, one of those agents was ranked as the 2nd highest in the world within the agency for whom he worked.

In my experience there is no agent has even comes close to Kenneth and reaches his level of perfection in every way conceivable as he consistently 'crosses his 'T's & dots his I's' and gives 110% on everything he puts his hand to. He is a real 'Class act', has that 'special edge' so to speak and certainly in a category of his own. He oozes with professionalism and would be the finest representative for any company.

It is no clich? when I say that unlike others, Kenneth does not 'talk the talk'.., rather he 'walks the walk'.

Nothing to do with the property in Botany, Auckland (which I have just purchased through Kenneth) I had the honour and good fortune of crossing paths with him. During this time I found him to be a very kind, genuine, empathetic young gentleman; and I must emphasis, every bit the 'Gentleman' without any doubt. His motive to sell real estate is not so much for financial gain as it is for the satisfaction of helping people, showing kindness and excelling himself to his maximum ability within his role as a Real Estate Agent.

He has impeccable manners, highly effective communication skills and always uses the name of who he is addressing. From 'top to toe' he has fastidious presentation. On first impressions he struck me as sweet, honest & genuine. I soon came to realise how loyal and extremely hard working he is; he works until late hours and will persevere until he 'seals the deal'. I guarantee you will not be disappointed but only impressed in every way by this sharp, young 'Gentleman' and will never want to engage the services of any another agent.

Having lived in Hawaii for many years where customer services is second-to-none I also had the privilege of working for the most affluent people pre-dominantly in real estate including one of the biggest Real Estate Developers in Hawaii who had a fleet of 120 of the most luxurious vehicles and I moved in circles with the most prominent people in Hawaii so for me to provide a reference of this calibre really says me says alot.

I spoke to Kenneth about what I was planning to do and right from the start I felt that he understood my circumstances and didn?t think I was dreaming. Kenneth contacted me a couple of days later and came to meet me. He then patiently waited for me to get ready.

I mentioned to Kenneth that I was only interested in purchasing a property that Ken and Lisa had listed and was only prepared to sell my house if I could purchase that property. I must mention that few other agents (not from P&H) told me I wouldn?t be able to because the vendor wouldn?t accept my offer. Kenneth introduced me to Ken and we met to discuss my plan. I gave these two talented, professional but fun gentlemen a challenge to sell my house at the highest possible price and without going on auction and negotiate the price of the house I wanted to buy to match my budget.

I knew it was tough challenge but I believed that they were up to it or at least willing to try. Members of my family and friends advised me to go with another agency as they have a larger coverage etc, but I didn?t feel any of them were up to it or willing to try.

Kenneth and Ken made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I know they worked really hard and were willing to work and team up with anyone from P&H and other agencies to get the best outcome for me. These gentlemen may not have many years of experience but they truly understand many virtues required to succeed. They are very professional but have the right balance of humour and fun side that makes the whole process that apparently supposed to be very stressful quit easy and enjoyable. I Know that Kenneth stressed and was anxious throughout the 3 weeks that we had open homes. They were always honest and gave me all the feedback. I truly am grateful for their hard work and the best outcome I trusted them totally and they sure did their magic.
