Lynette Hughan

Lynette has spent the last 19 years living and breathing real estate, including as owner of Harbour Real Estate in Diamond Harbour which she has run with her husband, Peter.
Lynette’s warm personality and drive for results coupled with her natural integrity and honesty have stood her in good stead in an industry which moves quickly and is always changing.
I’m all about communication and accountability. I love resolving issues, am 100% committed to my vendors, strive for fairness in all situations and see a job through to the end.
A background in finance, insurance and personnel prior to real estate means Lynette understands the technicalities of buying and selling property. She works closely with her vendors to see them confidently through what can be a daunting process.
Though Dunedin-born, Lynette has lived most of her life in Canterbury, primarily in the Lyttelton Harbour basin and counts her blessings every day to live in paradise. She has a naturally great outlook on life which rubs off on her clients and ensures the journey is a positive one.
In her downtime she loves spending time with her family, her beautiful horse, Mr Pink, and taking cruises with her husband, Peter. Lynette and Peter are very active in their community, as current sponsors of the Charteris Bay Golf Course and financial supporters of the Diamond Harbour Fire Brigade, where Peter is also a Station Officer.
