Mac Bycroft

A Born and Bred Aucklander with a network to match. Mac has an extensive corporate background of over 25 years in Technology Sales and service, Process Automation, and Executive level team Management. His sales successes are unmatched,  they include many industry firsts and many of these will never be surpassed.

Mac also has significant property law and property finance knowledge having owned his own Merchant Banking and Business Brokering company. They specialised in property development financing and investment property funding.

Education: Mac has;

• a BSc - majors in Calculus, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry and Physics
• an Advanced Certificate in Radiochemistry.
• a Practical Diploma in Public Speaking from the NZSB

His vision for BGPM is based around “Value”.

“When he first sat down formally with Mark (his brother and principle of BGR) and asked him about his goals for the property management company Mark replied, “I want to be HUGE!”  

In order to achieve this unusual but very desirable goal our clients must be our best advertising medium. In order for our clients to trust us to the extent that they will recommend us to their friends BGPM must deliver or have;

• Visibility, Clients need to be able to access their investment information at any time so that they can see what we doing for them, what they are paying us for. Owners have their own Portal access to give this live information. Visability is the first step in delivering value.

• Common goals, our management style is different, it achievs great results but doesn't use the traditional "stick" approach to tenants. In this new age of Tenants driven outcomes (RTA changes) we believe having positive relationship with tenants based on respect will always deliver better outcomes for Clients in this new environment. Clients need to understand and agree with this approach in order to see that we both have the same goals

•  Trust and Respect for what we do, something that can only be earnt from Clients and Tenants alike.

• Deliver Value, introduce a more modern flavour to the traditional and grumpy vertical of Property Management that delivers Real Value to our Owners Clients.
