Jason Lai

Jason Lai recently joined the City & Fringe Team in 2019 as a Commercial Leasing Broker. Born and raised in New Zealand, Jason has always had a keen interest in property – which led him to start work as a personal assistant to a top residential sales team.

After graduating from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Jason further developed his real estate knowledge and skills by working in sales in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

There, he was in a team which specialized in luxury residential property sales, where he transacted over $50M in 2018.

With this unique international work experience, Jason is confident in providing exceptional assistance to helping clients realise their dreams. Jason has a very positive, friendly approach and is highly motivated to provide the professional service that marks Bayleys’ premium branding.

Influenced by his Chinese heritage, Jason benefits hugely from being bilingual. He believes success is based on building strong enduring relationships and genuinely earning the trust and respect of vendors and landlords.

When he’s not working, Jason can be found running, boxing, playing tennis or spending time at the beach with friends.
