Mark previously owned and operated a respected and forward-thinking horticultural export company, and he was the recipient of a Hall of Fame Award from The Worshipful Company of Fruiterers’ in the U.K.

As an employer with a large workforce, Mark honed his people management skills and fine-tuned his sales techniques which have stood him in good stead in real estate since 2006.

Now aligned with the Bayleys brand, Mark believes the company’s depth of experience, vast resources and broad network throughout New Zealand and offshore definitely adds value to the service he can offer his clients.

Mark has an abiding interest in the rural sector and runs a Holsteiner horse breeding operation and a small herd of Angus beef on his lifestyle property near Pukekohe.

Outside of office hours, South African-born Mark has a raft of hobbies and interests including motorcycling, drag bike racing and road touring. Along with his wife and their two daughters Mark is an active supporter of the famliy interests, including a number of community volunteer roles supporting their equestrian interests.
