Rohan Cooke

Rohan has the better part of 16 years working in Commercial Property. Initially he commenced his career on the North shore in 2003 before expanding into the South Auckland and East Tamaki areas.

During these years he has become the specialist in office leasing and sales. Some of the more recent transactions include a new Design Build Warehouse and office for Cascade NZ(fork lift specialists) to match Jonel Hydraulics building in Blackburn Road and relocation of Unidens Office Warehouse. A 2,000 sqm office lease for Elim Church early this year with landlord Bryce/ Reeve Barnett plus recent leases for AMP Capital Botany, Westfields Manukau, Auckland City Council and two separate subleases for NZ Window Shades.

Born in Hamilton, Rohan moved to Auckland and was educated at Auckland Grammar School. He spent two years playing in the 1st XI Hockey Team and was New Zealand?s Under 19 Yachting National Champion twice. Rohan?s background as a 1996 Olympian demonstrates that he has the positive energy and drive to reach his goals, and deliver results.

Prior to working in commercial property, Rohan enjoyed four years as International Sales Manager for Gaastra Windsurfing Company and was based in China at the manufacturing facility for over two years.

Rohan?s ambition to move into sales came as a result of working in the sales team at Pepsi Cola before Lion Breweries sold the division to Frucor Beverages.
