Qualified in Real Estate Practice and Law, Real Estate Management, Residential and Commercial Property Management, Rural, Residential, Commercial and Business Sales, attaining the NZQA National Diploma in Real Estate, qualifying as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and being a fully Licensed Agent under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, clearly gives Ann the edge when it comes to finding a true expert in all things Real Estate.

With her husband Wayne, Ann successfully established Total Transaction Realty Ltd in Henderson in 2000, an office within the prestigious LJ Hooker Group; one of the strongest and most widely recognised Real Estate brands in Australasia, who believes that “Real Estate is not just about property, it’s about people”.
