Kyle Leuthart

Kyle has lived in Raglan all of his life, leaving only for periods to study at Canterbury university in the early 90’s and later lived and work overseas in both Europe and Asia until 2004. Kyle’s father has been a long standing and successful livestock agent in the Raglan district for over 35 years which has naturally nurtured his interest in the sales environment.

Since beginning his real estate career Kyle has rapidly become a leading sales agent in lifestyle, coastal and rural property sales. In 2007 he was awarded ‘Century 21 New Zealand Rookie of the Year’ and ranked 10th in 2008 and 5th in 2009 among 350 Century 21 sales people nationwide. In the 2008-2009 Financial Year he was awarded ‘No.1 Salesperson of the Company” and also “No.1 Rural Salesperson” for the George Boyes Waikato franchise. In March this year he was awarded '2009 Marketing Person of the Year' for Century 21 Nationwide.

With a solid grasp of computer information technology and it’s role in real estate marketing, he can offer vendors the opportunity to reach buyers far and wide.

He prides himself on positive outcomes for both vendors and purchasers and strives to exceed expectations.

Apart from real estate, his interests include surfing, snowboarding, vegetable gardening, the odd round of golf and spending time with his friends and family.
