我出生于中国上海市，于1998年移民到了新西兰。我曾在急诊护理行业工作13年，因此非常具有同理心，这一工作经验也为我如今的地产事业产生了巨大的帮助，我擅长与我的客户建立持久的关系，从他们将信任交到我手中的第一刻直至交易结束的整个过程中，我都致力于为他们提供最好的服务。

在地产行业深耕15年之后，我的口碑得到了认可，被客户评价为贴心、诚实、勤恳、可靠。 我认为，客户把他们最重要的资产交到我手中出售，对我来说是一种极大的荣幸。

我已婚育有一子，居住在本地。在我的地产生涯中，我售出的房产覆盖了奥克兰的各个区域，因此我对奥克兰了如指掌。我擅长普通话和英语，也能听懂粤语。对于母语是中文的客户来说，我能够以他们的母语与他们交流，让他们对我的工作更加有信心。

Born in Shanghai China, I immigrated to New Zealand in 1998. I have a genuine empathy for people as a result of my previous career in nursing and emergency care of 13 years. This pastoral experience has helped me greatly in my real estate career today and has given me an ability to build long lasting relationships with my clients where I endeavour to take care of them from the moment they first put their trust in me up until the entire business transaction has concluded. I believe that after 15 years in this industry I have built up a worthy reputation as being a caring, honest, hard working and reliable person. For one to be entrusted by a Client to sell what is, often their most valued asset I think is both a great honour, as well as a compliment to myself.

I am married with one son and I live locally. During my long accomplished career in real estate sales, I have sold properties all over the Auckland Region and so now have a wide knowledge of our wonderful city. I speak Mandarin and English and I can understand Cantonese as well. For those people whose first language is Chinese, being able to communicate in their native language gives them greater confidence when selling or buying through me.

Having been teamed up with my good colleague Jo Orawiec for over 6 years, together we can provide an even higher quality service working as two rather than a single operator. We work really hard as a team yet we still manage to have the occasional day off. Having both a Chinese and European combination on our team means we can provide 110
