在从事地产行业之前，我曾是养老院的护理人员。我热爱这份工作，但不得不说我在身体和心理方面都受到了极大的挑战，特别是看着那些可爱的老人生病或死去。因此，在15年前，我决定放弃这个行业，转而进入地产行业。我当时以为我只是尝试一年，却没曾想一做便是15年。

我热衷于地产行业，我享受帮人们实现梦想的过程，当人们愿意把他们最重要的资产交给我营销出售的时候，我感到莫大的荣幸。

Cherry Yang差不多跟我同步进入地产行业，意味着她已经从事地产行业近16年，她对奥克兰了如指掌，并且积累了大批的亚洲客户。

我们都有极强的职业道德，并且工作都非常努力，因此约6年前，我们组成了团队，以便帮助更多的人卖房和置业。 我们都认为，要为业主达成最好的价格是没有捷径可走的。我们以我们出色的沟通技巧为豪，我们认为客户有必要知道他们卖房的进程，并竭力为他们做到我们能做的事情。 Cherry Yang在上海（她的故乡）从事了13年的急诊科护士工作，因此她对人关怀备注，并且很乐于帮人们实现梦想。

My name is Jo Orawiec - for those of you wondering, I am a Kiwi, my husband is Polish.

My background prior to moving into real estate was nursing old folk in a rest home. I loved this, but emotionally and physically it was very hard, especially when some of the lovely old people became sick or died. I made the hard decision to give this up, and moved into real estate almost 15 years ago. (I did actually think I would 'try it for a year') !

I love this job, I love helping people achieve their dreams, and I consider it a great privilege when people place trust in me to market and sell what can be their biggest asset.

Just before I started real estate, so too did Cherry Yang - meaning, she's been in the real estate world for almost 16 years - knows Auckland like the back of her hand, and has a huge Asian database of customers and clients.

She and I have the same strong work ethic and work hard, so it made sense that about 6 years ago we joined together as a working team, in order to be able to help more people sell and buy, but - and this has allowed us to sometimes have one day off a week!

We both believe that there are no short cuts to achieve the best price for owners. We pride ourselves on good communication skills, as it is important our Vendors know what is happening with the sale of their home and we work very hard to achieve the most we can for them. There is absolutely no compromise on this!

Cherry was an Emergency nurse for 13 years back in Shanghai (her home town), so she has that caring/nurturing nature - and also loves helping people achieve their dreams.
