James Fraser is a Senior Negotiator in the Capital Markets Retirement Housing and Healthcare team, located in the Auckland Office. James started his career in 2012 within CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services, specialising in the Retirement Housing and Healthcare sector. James was admitted to the Register of Valuer’s in February 2016 and remains a Registered Valuer.
James joined CBRE Capital Markets in January 2017, expanding CBRE’s brokerage capability working alongside Brent McGregor, Senior Managing Director, New Zealand.
James’ experience working as an advisor to both local and international buyers, sellers and investors provides an intimate familiarity and specialist perspective to each transaction.
