Julia Barnett

Julia's real estate career started in 2002 as an administrative assistant in property management. She progressed to residential sales in 2003. In her first year, as a salesperson at this real estate agency, Julia proved to be a high performer, gaining 2nd place 'Rookie of the year' and ranked in the top 20 salespeople in 2004 for the Northland/Auckland area. Since then her ongoing results enabled her to achieve the 'Number 1 Salesperson of the Year' in 2008 for her office. Julia moved to Barfoot & Thompson in 2009.

Julia's nursing and medical sales background is evident as she displays strong communication skills & integrity at all times. Her vast knowledge of the local real estate market, outstanding negotiating skills and sheer hard work has led to her proven success in real estate.
