Jeff Toner

Jeff Toner is one of Queenstown’s most experienced real estate salespersons, having been selling Queenstown property for over 28 years. His professionalism, honesty and experience is rewarded through his many referrals and loyal client base, which provides a large share of his business.

There has been a number of real estate cycles and changes in market value and Jeff is well placed to advise on current conditions and the trends in the Queenstown property market.

Jeff has helped many of his clients over the years to build up substantial portfolios in the Queenstown property market, with advice on market conditions and property value.

Before moving to Queenstown from Invercargill in 1987, Jeff worked in a variety of roles around the southern parts of New Zealand, including working as an architectural draughtsman in Dunedin, managing tourism companies in Fiordland and Queenstown, and he’s flown fixed wing aircraft as a commercial pilot throughout Fiordland.

Jeff has always played an active role in the community and has been chairman of the local School Board of Trustees and a past member and president of the Arrowtown Lions Club.

Married with two grown children, and now living in Arrowtown, Jeff loves the outdoors including fishing, tramping, photography and skiing.
