Real Estate is in my blood with both parents excelling in this field. As an investor myself, this gives me a true insight into the needs of being an investment owner. Prior to becoming a Property Manager, my role was in management at Foodstuffs which assisted me to develop my skills in building rapport with many different types of people. When starting in Real Estate my apprenticeship was as an assistant to three experienced Property Managers. This gave me huge experience and enabled me to “hit the ground running” when I started with my own property management portfolio.

My Passion as a Property Manager is to provide top quality service to my owners and ensuring their investments achieve maximum rental returns, and that the tenants are reliable and responsible.

My Focus is continual improvement. I am currently studying the new qualifications for Property Managers - Level 3 of the NZ Certificate in Property Management. My aim is to continue on from this qualification to other industry related training. I believe this to be important as my clients deserve a skilled Property Manager who has up to date industry knowledge.

My Promise to my property owners is to constantly deliver the highest level of care and professional advice for their investment portfolios.
