Graeme Coleman

Graeme joined Bayleys in March 2009 following seven years with First Mortgage Trust (FMT) in Tauranga as Business Development Manager and previously 30 years in the stock and station industry with what is now PGGWrightson being Branch Manager in Rotorua, Whangarei and Feilding and Regional Manager in Hamilton.

Graeme brings to Bayleys an absolute commitment to customer satisfaction having been in the service industry his entire business career. A strong desire to enhance customer relationships and achieve results supported by quality colleagues and systems.

With a total commitment to achieving outstanding results for his vendors whether through sale or leasing Graeme has been able to match Purchasers and Tenants with properties that meet their needs whilst maintaining a focus on obtaining the best result for his Vendors.

Graeme has a wealth of knowledge in the local Commercial/Industrial market and this is shown through his commitment to excellence and integrity in every transaction that he is involved in.

In today’s constant changing market place Graeme can access a number of professional contacts in and around Tauranga to get answers to difficult situations by picking up the telephone and asking the question.

Graeme and his wife Sue have two adult children and two grandchildren who are the apple of Grandpas eye. He likes to spend his spare time gardening, golfing watching rugby or just relaxing with family and friends.
