我David Huang黃學禮，出生於中國臺灣，我 與 妻子、兩個兒子及女兒從1990年就開始居住在新西蘭，現擔任慈濟慈善基金會新西蘭漢彌頓市的誌願工作者聯絡處負責人， 與誌願工作著一同參與當地的智障中心、養老院如IHC、Hilda Ross養老院及St Johns養老院。

Hello, I’m David Huang - Welcome to Lodge Real Estate.

Born and raised in Taiwan, my wife Joanne, two sons Daniel and Antonio and daughter Ruby and have lived in New Zealand since 1990. I spent 12 years in Autoparts sales before joining Lodge in 1996. I am an influential Asian Leader being head of the TZUCHI Foundation devoted volunteers and am involved in local community organisations such as IHC, Hilda Ross Rest Home and St Johns Rest Home.

I wanted to bring a fresh and uplifting perspective to Real Estate and immediately benefitted from this approach. To complement this perspective, I offer proactive marketing strategies that will assist you in achieving the top results. My other Real Estate expertise extends to special project marketing of developments. I have worked with a number of land and house developers to assist in creating projects that have a market appeal and ability.
