Courtney is one of the most knowledgeable brokers in Christchurch dealing with ‘as is where is’ body corporate sales and has also transacted several heritage buildings post quake. In 2014 she transacted $14.9 million of property, resulting in her being named Commercial & Industrial Rising Star of the Year by the REINZ and also won Rookie of the Year for Colliers New Zealand. She backed this in 2015 with another stellar performance, negotiating $30 million of sales. Courtney was previously Business Development Manager of Colliers International in Christchurch and has also worked with Colliers in Sydney. She has a Bachelor of Applied Management.
