Caroline Yau

With an impressive career background in media, advertising and sales in Hong Kong, Caroline Yau is well-placed to offer you her superb creativity and distinctive strategies for the marketing of your home.

Her experience and respectable track record firstly at Hong Kong Television and subsequently in the cut throat and competitive world of corporate advertising was a fantastic preparation for what was to come later in her career. She was promoted to senior roles in the telecommunications industry and prior to her move to New Zealand, was head of Sales and Marketing for a multi-million dollar Hong Kong company.

Arriving in New Zealand 17 years ago with her husband and young son and fluent in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and Taiwainese, Caroline looked for a suitable industry that would utilise her knowledge and experience. Real estate was a logical choice and Caroline joined Ray White Epsom in 2002. Ten years later she joined Ray White Remuera – her home neighbourhood and a part of Auckland she is passionate about; a move she has never regretted. Last year she joined forces with Steve Williams to create a remarkable real estate partnership; allowing her to deliver an even higher level of service to her customers.

Over the years she has used her background and language skills to assist many Asian sellers and buyers into the acquisition and sale of real estate. Her warm manner, confidence and focussed approach has won her many accolades and her huge circle of clients love dealing with her and will always endorse her to others. Anyone who knows Caroline will attest to the fact that she is a passionate dog lover and she’s a familiar sight at local dog-walking spots exercising her two canine companions.

Musical, sociable, with an enviable ability to walk comfortably in two cultures, Caroline is well-connected, out-going and has a deep love and regard for her profession. Loyal to the Ray White brand and proud of her award-winning place in the MJRE team, Caroline has been a Premier member since 2003. In 2014 Caroline fulfilled her goal of completing the National Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Manager) – all the while serving her clients with her usual calm, efficient manner.
