Henry Napier

Henry joined Bayleys late in 2016, entering real estate straight out of university. Having grown up in Warkworth, he is equipped with a strong sense of local community and has a robust understanding of the area and the people.

The knowledge Henry gained through studying law and arts at university over four years has enabled him to gain an intimate understanding of commercial and industrial real estate. Henry has worked in the Bayleys in the North commercial team over the past year, and has played a crucial role in a number of large scale transactions now totalling in excess of $50 million in sold property in just a few months.

Going forward, Henry is endeavouring to establish his place in the commercial real estate landscape in the North by providing quality service and results synonymous with the Bayleys brand.
