This year is different.

2021 was a great year, for the real estate market. Any agent could sell any house, and they didn't have to do anything special to get a deal over the line. Now, half of the industry is earning less than minimum wage and the number of active agents in the market has almost halved. If you want a real premium for your property, let's say 10%-15% more than what you would have achieved naturally, you need the leverage of an agent who has run the process enough times to know where the shortcuts are and how to squeeze out every last dollar.
