Bill Ryan

Over 20 years selling real estate on Waiheke, Bill’s previous occupation in the building industry has been an important asset in his continuing success in real estate sales. With an intimate knowledge of property, he gains great satisfaction in helping people to analyse the suitability of a house or building site. From a farming family, Bill has also enjoyed marketing rural/lifestyle properties on the Island.

A resident of 30 years, Bill has a strong community spirit and has served for many years (3 of those as chairman) on the Board of Trustees for the local primary school.
