Recently awarded the prestigious national honour of Bayleys Top 5% Salespeople for the fourth consecutive year, Gisborne Rural Specialist Simon Bousfield is one of New Zealand’s top real estate agents.

Simon credits his rural upbringing, on a Hawkes Bay Sheep and Beef farm with fuelling his desire to return to his rural roots after a stellar sales and management career working for Coca Cola Amatil and the Eastern Institute of Technology.
