Sam's real estate career began in 2003, coming out of nearly two decades experience in manufacturing and export/sales. That same year, Sam achieved a record in the gold franchise for the highest ever residential sale. In 2005 he set a new residential record and achieved a record in the gold franchise for the highest ever commercial sale. In a challenging year, Sam has surpassed his own record in May 2009 recording a regionally-recognised commercial sale.
Sam's philosophy is simple – deliver beyond expectation, every time. His focus is on developing and maintaining close working relationships with his many clients and friends. His aim is to ensure their experience of buying and selling property is as stress free, simple and pleasurable as possible.
