Robert has been in the Christchurch commercial real estate industry for more than 27 years and continually builds on his established client base of investors, tenants and developers.

Robert’s philosophy in commercial sales and leasing is in developing strong relationships with all involved in the negotiation. The best outcome for all parties is one that benefits both the vendor and purchaser or tenant. When all parties come away from a transaction and are comfortable with the outcome, which adds value for all concerned. That’s a job well done.

Prior to joining NAI Harcourts, Robert spent 18 years running his own company specialising in the Christchurch commercial and industrial real estate market. He holds a diploma in Marketing from Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology.
