Barbara Johnston

Daryl and Barbara Johnston are a great team. Dedicated and direct and down to earth, they enjoy working together to help people to achieve their property goals. They are a well-established team having joined Bayleys in 2011 after working for Simes Real Estate a well-established Christchurch based company.

Barbara studied for and qualified as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand  - AREINZ in 1987. This gives a strong background to her considerable practical experience and provides a responsive well informed and professional approach to every facet of property selling, purchase and marketing.

Daryl worked for ten months in 2011 as an Assessor for the Earthquake Commission adding an understanding of post-earthquake conditions in Christchurch that continues to be relevant.

Long term residents of the Christchurch area Barbara and Daryl have extensive personal and business networks and are sensitive both to the local market and to the diverse needs of individuals.

Barbara and Daryl set themselves very high standards personally and professionally and pride themselves on their integrity and discretion.
