Qiao holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Commerce from Auckland University. She graduated with first class Honours in both structural engineering and accountancy. Before working in residential sales, Qiao worked for Aurecon and Aecom (two global engineering firms) and for PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor. Here she gained valuable experience in the property and financial sectors.
