Having worked within the wider property industry for a number of years, Paul has a diverse knowledge of the business and construction sectors that underpin the commercial property market.

Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Paul worked as a professional firefighter before taking a position in sales and marketing for an international oil and lubricant corporation. Most recently Paul worked as a residential building inspector where he was responsible for property management, health and safety compliance and asset assessment in the public housing sector.

Paul also holds a diploma in marketing and spent time as a crewmember of a maxi yacht for a number of years.

He is an active member of the local chamber of commerce, Rotary and other business forums where he takes pride in contributing to his community.

Paul is also a member of a prominent regional cycling group and New Zealand’s largest 4WD club.
