詹和霖 Nicolas Ching

With more than 15 years of specialising in commercial property of sales and leasing over his career, Nicolas Ching is the key asset in the well-renowned International Sales Team in Bayleys. Nicolas Ching has a thorough understanding of the commercial property market and the crucial issues facing investors and tenants. He has an extensive network database in both New Zealand and internationally.

Nicolas Ching has established himself during his 9 years in Bayleys (between 2004- 2013) . Before re-joining Bayleys recently, Nicolas was the Asian Investment Sales manager at Colliers International and the Sales Director in NAI Harcourts Auckland CBD, focusing on development and growth of the business, including an Asian investment division.

He was originally born in Malaysia and educated in New Zealand. With a Bachelor of Business Studies, Nicolas is proficient in several languages and dialects, including Mandarin, Cantonese, English and other Asian languages.
