The main crop of avocados is the Hass variety with a few Reeds to augment the persimmon season. The approximately 6,900m2 planted in persimmons matures at a different time from the Hass avocados, giving the owners income stream that compliments the main avocado season.

A new 3-bay, 15m x 6m (approximately) shed has recently been constructed. Two roller doors have approximately 2.9m clearance and one has a clearance of approximately 2.3m.
