The total holding for the property is 400.591 hectares, consisting of seven titles. There is approximately 280 hectares effective pasture with 80 hectares of native bush and established pine trees that is stock excluded and fenced. There is another 40 hectares with rougher grazing around the fenced bush and with small stands of trees and scrub. The contour is described as a mix of rolling to medium to the rear of the property with a mix of rolling to flat to the front.
